Refund policy

Store Credit & Exchanges

We accept returns for store credit or size/item exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original condition unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • You receive a faulty or damaged item, or

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • Need a sizing change (if size is available)

If either applies, please email us at hi@born-again.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist with a credit, exchange, or refund if approved.

How to Make a Return

To request a return for store credit or an exchange, email us directly at hi@born-again.xyz with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Your reason for the return

We’ll get back to you with next steps.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We’ll cover the shipping for your exchange (if applicable).

  • Returns that fall outside the 14-day window or do not meet our return conditions may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Born Again reserves the right to refuse any return that doesn’t meet the above criteria.
